The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is excited to announce the launch of the Youth Community of Practice (COP) available through ETA’s knowledge sharing and learning platform – Workforce3One.org. Unlike a static website, the Youth CoP will be an interactive and dynamic platform driven by the needs and interests of its members. Its content will be populated by a blended learning approach to include webinars, Moderated chats, Discussion Threads, Podcasts, Blogs, resources and toolkits. The Youth CoP will provide a platform for Youth Workforce and Youth Development Professionals to discuss and share promising practices on youth and the workforce’s role in transforming the US economy; provide information on to assist youth in finding the best training, education and careers; and serve as a platform for providing technical assistance to the workforce system. The Youth CoP will be focused around four topic areas. However as the CoP develops, new topic areas will be added to meet the changing needs of the CoP audience. Topic areas include:
