Eligible Applicants: State governments and Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized). This Grant funding is to programs that assist expectant and parenting teens, women, fathers, and their families.

Partnerships To Demonstrate the Effectiveness of Supportive Housing for Youth Involved in the Child Welfare System
Eligible Applicants: Public and private agencies This Grant funding is to programs that demonstrate innovation in preventing and treating child abuse and neglect in youth involved in the child welfare system, including programs of collaborative partnerships between the State child welfare agency, community social service agencies and family support programs, law enforcement agencies, developmental disability agencies, substance abuse treatment entities, health care entities, domestic violence prevention entities, mental health service entities, schools, churches and synagogues, and other community agencies through the provision of supportive housing.
