Helping Youth Transition (HYT) is a product of the Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs (IWGYP) that includes staff from the following federal agencies that support youth programs and services. IWGYP works to identify and engage organizations that can play a role in improving the coordination and effectiveness of programs serving youth who need them the most.
